in July, 2007. ISS and its subsidiaries are now financially
and legally independent from Rentokil Initial plc and its

ISS
has an extensive background in designing, installing, and
servicing security/fire systems for large enterprises with
customized, complex electronic solutions. Further, ISS acts
as a full solutions provider, as well as installation project
manager, including coordination of complementary trades such
as electricians, etc. By assuming this role and its responsibilities,
ISS provides its customers with the convenience and effectiveness
of a single point of contact.
In
addition to security and access related systems, ISS also
tests and services building security, fire and evacuation
life/safety systems. Both areas of security and fire/life
safety, represent core competencies, ISS's Company management
possessing a collective experience base of over 350 man-years
in these areas.
